How To Reset The FTP Account Password

To reset the FTP account password for your website, log into the control panel

1. Select the website you want reset the FTP account password for
2. When the website dashboard loads select the Advanced drop down in the top navigation, then click FTP
3. Click on the three dots to the right of the FTP account and click Manage
4. Click the Reset button and enter the new Password
5. Click Save
