How To Change an FTP Account Access

To the directory an FTP account has access to, log into the control panel

1. Select the website for the FTP account
2. When the website dashboard loads select the Advanced drop down in the top navigation, then click FTP
3. Click on the three dots to the right of the FTP account and click Manage
4. Scroll down to Directory Access button and click the pencil to edit the directory
5. Enter the name of the folder you want to grant access to
6. Click Save
