How Do I Cancel My Hosting Service?

To properly cancel your service:

1. Log into the Client Portal
2. Click Services
3. Find the service you want to cancel and click Manage
4. On the manage screen click Cancel Options
5. Select when you want the service to be canceled:
• At End of Term - Service will be cancelled at the end of the billing period
• Immediately - Service will be cancelled immediately
6. Enter the reason for canceling the service
7. Enter your password to confirm the cancellation
8. Click Save
